     Nasce dos movimentos, de algo que o produz. É invisível, porém pode causar danos quando em grande quantidade. É poderoso, evolui do nada aparente com a força do presente.
      Vem de um lugar no oculto. Não se pode pegá-lo ou vêr. Apenas sentí-lo e na forma de furacão destroi tudo ao alcance. É furioso, implacável, exterminador. Sua forma quando insípida em sua pureza traz vida.
     Através da má noticia se diz : - Maus ventos sopram - .  Ao contrário : - Bons!   A verdade é que está de alguma maneira ligado à nossa tão frágil vida sendo bom ou ruim, pois podem espalhar de lado-a-lado todo tipo de mal no mundo sucumbindo-o no cáus.
   O vento da mídia  propaga a noticia, o da vida a alma, o da morte a dor, o da felicidade a paz, o do desalento a tristesa, angustia e depressão. Todo vento sopra de algum lugar onde surge e qualquer que for sua origem o resultado final será em resposta ao início que sempre surge do nada impucionado por alguma realidade que ainda não veio até então ser revelada.
      Nota-se: O vento move tudo !!!

Quando evocado pelo direito que é um conjunto de regras obrigatórias que disciplina o convívio social humano, deve estabelecer parâmetro. Por ser um tribunal em que se julga, deve usar bem a
razão ao definir qualquer opinião e entender com bom senso o direito, fazendo valer o modo individual de ver para que ao votar, não parta do presuposto que a capacidade humana para refletir não é passiva de conjecturar ao dar o voto aplicando assim o juizo final.
Esta é a ênfase da contradição advocacional.

          Fadada à angustia e ao desgosto, ao desalento e à desilusão. É predestinada ao desabor à penúria ao azedume à aflição e ao aperto.
       Sempre aborrecida, desgraçada e infeliz. É infiel a si própria e em tempo algum obtem bom êxito, por mais que se esforce, nunca consegue alcançar o bem e ao mesmo tempo usufruir deste.
    É descontrolada. Sua afinição é mal sucedida e intronizada junto ao infortúnio.
   O insucesso é sua aptidão e o fracasso o seu maior troféu.
   Este substantivo feminino quando parte integrante de uma pessoa, destroi seu possuidor e todos ao seu redor. É igual a uma bomba atômica que desintegra o princípio ativo e sua devastação não deixa a vida reagir e ser.
   Seu possuidor é um destruidor fatal, portanto,quanto a amargura, afaste-se dela !!!
